Duluth is a lake city spanning from Jay Cooke State Park in the west to French River in the East and from the Wisconsin border in the south to Arnold in the North. It is two hours north of the Twin Cities, and three and a half hours south of Thunder Bay.
Duluth is normally cold during the winter and comfortably warm in the summer. However, when it does get hot, Lake Superior is cool enough to jump in on a hot day!
